Our team of certified managers, assistant managers, and support staff are dedicated to providing the highest quality service while catering to the unique needs of each individual community. We offer complete servicing in administration, financial management, and property maintenance and continue to implement the latest technological advances in the property management industry in order to solve the complex issues presented in today's communities. Our goal is to guide the association board of directors in maintaining the beauty and value of the association, and protect every homeowner's investment. Your management team will design a customized program that also works to enhance communication and create a true sense of community for your neighborhood.
When you select First Choice, you select an entire team that is dedicated to serving the needs of your association.
First Choice also has a department dedicated to managing rentals. The department is responsible for advertising a vacant property for rent and showing the property to prospective tenants. We are very involved in this process and screen the best candidates for your rental property by requiring a written applications with credit and employee references. We carefully evaluate prospective tenants by investigating their backgrounds, credit histories, personal references and employment histories to guarantee the best possible tenants. We can assist tenants with obtaining liability, fire and other insurance on rental properties. We have an in-house maintenance department to arrange regular maintenance, inspections and repairs.
