First Choice Realty Group, Inc. offers two programs for listing your home on the market. Either plan will save you thousands of dollars at closing.
Program 1: Offers you the most savings. We list your home on the Multiple Listing Service, our website, and on Realtor.com, the official site of the National Association of Realtors®, for a flat fee of $399, which includes a color photograph of your home. Nothing is paid to us at closing.
Program 2: Takes away some of the hassles associated with selling your home yourself. In addition to the services provided with Program 1, we verify buyer's mortgage pre-qualification, assist you with contract negotiations, and follow-up with the title company for closing. The price of this program is the flat fee of $399, plus 1% Commission to First Choice Realty Group, Inc. at closing.

- Listing on Realtors.com's website. Your home will be listed until it sells.
- Listing in the MLS. Your home will be listed until it sells.
- The selling agent's commission is still protected.
- Realtors will contact you directly with your phone number as the contact number. You only pay them if they sell your property at your terms.
- Color photos included in all listings, which you uplink to us via the fcrealtygrp.com web site or send to us using postal mail.
