Our in-house Customer Service Department provides excellent results in answer time and call resolution. Every caller is given the time and attention they deserve. Customer service is our priority.

Our customer service staff will assist you with the following:
  • Telephone Inquiries
  • Initiate work orders
  • Resale & Rental Applications
  • Insurance Policy Inquiries
  • Creating & Updating Ownership Records
  • Updating Maintenance Records
  • Issue violation letters
  • Process estoppels
  • Provide office service and support to your Association, Board of Directors and Property Managers
  • Prepare and issue all required notices for the Board of Directors meetings
  • Mailings of special assessments and annual Association meeting notices
  • Maintain a complete set of office files including legal documents, owner correspondence, insurance and rules and regulations
  • Prepare notices of meetings, proxies and organize the agenda for the monthly Board of Directors meetings.
  • Inform the Association concerning legislation, decisions, tax rulings, insurance and financial practices which may affect the Association
  • Type and distribute the minutes of the Board of Directors meetings no later than 10 business days after the meeting
